We talked with Wiktoria Wójcik, co-founder & CSO of inSTREAMLY.
How would you describe your company in an elevator pitch?
inSTREAMLY democratizes the world of live-streaming by giving all streamers access to brand sponsorships. Using micro-sponsorships, streamers are able to monetize their content, while brands get a way to reach Generation Z in an innovative way.
What are you the best at?
Team of experienced live streaming, esports and gaming people. The product that really helps streamers.
How did you find your first customers?
We were the first customer. We ran an esports organization and we needed a tool to manage our own streamers and work with our sponsors. So we took out an old MVP of inSTREAMLY and used it. Sponsors liked it so much that they wanted to make expanded campaigns with streamers beyond our own network. The rest is history
What are your customers saying about your product?
Streamers are happy that thanks to inSTREAMLY they can for example afford a new microphone to develop their streaming. Brands are satisfied – they come back with new campaigns and say that the process of working with streamers with inS is amazing.
What are your proud achievements so far?
From a company perspective: that we grew our valuation 5 times in a year, and it’s just a beginning. Also, that we attract top brands like Netflix, Samsung, Reebok, Adidas or PlayStation. From a personal perspective: that we really helped streamers and we are making a change in this world. I was a small streamer myself, so I know the struggles they face.
What is the next big thing in your industry?
Growing up from gaming into all kinds of content. Live streaming is 30% “Just Chatting” right now, and will even grow further. In 2020 everything was done via live-streaming so it helped accelerate the growth.
What are your plans for next 6-12 months?
Expanding to new markets. We are hungry for growth.
