We talked about sales development with Atanas Sechkov, Founder of Ufleet. Atanas is taking care of product and clients.

How would you describe your company in an elevator pitch?
Ufleet is a last mile delivery software powering enabling retailers across various industries to do grocery delivery, same day or 1-hour deliveries in an efficient manner while offering a superb customer experience with realtime order tracking.

What are you the best at?
We’re best at building a very useful product and solving our customers problems through technology.

How did you find your first customers?
We made many cold contacts with companies that could benefit from our solution. We had our first customers (Metro AG one of them) before we had launched the product.

What are your customers saying about your product?
All of them are finding it very useful. We have customers saying all sorts of things about it – from that it’s the most innovative thing they use in their daily workflow to thanking us that they’re able to fulfill 200% more deliveries with their existing capacity.

What are your proud achievements so far?
That we’re a small team coming from Eastern Europe who has managed to build a top-notch product used by Europe’s biggest retailers.

What is the next big thing in your industry?
Mass adoption of delivery services. It was vastly accelerated due to COVID but still there’s a long way to go. And the good thing is that the bigger the market gets the better the KPIs start to look and the cheaper the service gets which drives further growth.

What are your plans for next 6-12 months?
We want to strengthen our position on the Polish market and open up one more market.
